Picket Post Driver

This tool has been proven in the harsh terrain of many different areas around Australia, building long strained fences in record time. It will drive steel posts through shale, black soil surfaces, rocky ground and bitumen, also into ironstone and sandstone.

It will drive steel fencing posts, various sized tubular posts, various sized timber posts and vineyard trellising posts with ease.

To accomplish this, there are a variety of guides, plugs and drive kits to suit different posts. Also a chisel pick is available that fits into the driver.

Driver comes with:

• Standard 54 mm guide

• Striking dolly in the driver plus a spare striking dolly

• Quick release coupling & hose clamp to connect hose to driver

• 12 mm brass tail & hose clamp to connect hose to compressor

• Spare grub screws, lock nuts & Allen key.

Counterbalance - Not Required But Very Handy

One item we love is the counterbalance. It makes the use of the Picket Post Driver so much easier.

The design of the counterbalance is such that when used with an appropriate supporting arm it offsets the majority of the weight of the Picket Post Driver allowing the user to work with reduced effort and be able to complete more work in a given time. See picture below for example of our counterbalance in use.
